Prompt Manager AI Optimizer: Account & Data Deletion Policy

Thank you for using Prompt Manager AI Optimizer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. As an Offline-First application, most of your sensitive data (prompts) are stored directly on your device. This policy outlines how to permanently delete your data.

1. Deleting Local Prompt Data (IP)

What is deleted: All your saved prompts, folders, and tags (Your Intellectual Property).

Action Required (User): This must be done manually by the user, as the data is only on your device.

  1. Open the Prompt Manager AI Optimizer application.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. In the 'Data' section, select "Delete All Prompts".
  4. Finally, uninstall the application from your device.

2. Cancelling Subscription (Billing Data)

What is deleted: Future billing and subscription status.

Action Required: You must manage your subscription directly through Google Play.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  3. Select 'Prompt Manager AI Optimizer' and choose Cancel Subscription.

3. Request for Server Data Deletion

What is deleted: Any non-personal, anonymous server-side data (Crash Logs, Anonymous Usage Metrics) that we may have collected.

IMPORTANT: We do not store your prompt content on our servers.

Action Required: To request deletion of your anonymized usage data, please send an email to:

Please use the subject line: "DATA DELETION REQUEST".

Retention Period: All identifiable usage data associated with your user ID will be permanently deleted within 30 business days of receiving your request.
